Ca 'Martina is located in the heart of Pinarella, by Via Titano 51, 200 mt from the beach and just a short walk from shops and services.
Built in 2009, it's a building with a very nice modern design, all apartments have large balconies where you can eat comfortably. There are flats with living room with kitchenette and sofa-bed, bathroom with box-shower and with one or two bedrooms.
All apartments are equipped with the following services:
- air conditioning - TV - parking - washing machine - safe - balcony.
For the costumers, the lease includes the use of the pool, placed at our hotel Buratti just 250 mt. away from the building.
PENTHOUSE "HOUSE OF THE TOURIST"
Accomodation: three bedrooms, living room and kitchen
This is a lovely penthouse, located on the sixth floor of a palace (with elevator), direct on the sea, in Pinarella in Viale Italia 151. The building is situated right in the middle of the pine forest that separates the village from the beach. Shops and services are just a hundred meters from the building.
Our penthouse is with kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed, double bed room, 3-bedded room, a little room with bunk beds and a bathroom with box shower. Except for one room, all others have balconies . There is also a terrace above the apartment (about 70 sqm.) of exclusive property, directly connected with an internal staircase from the dining room; it's equipped with shower and loungers for sunbathing and where you can eat with a wonderful view on the sea.
The lease also includes: washing machine, TV, covered car parking, use of the pool at our hotel Buratti placed at 200 meters away.
APARTMENT CASA BURATTI
Accomodation: three bedrooms, dining room with kitchen and two bathrooms.
Casa Buratti is an apartment on the second floor (no elevator) of a building, which has a total of three apartments; is located in Pinarella, in the corner between Via Emilia 34 and Viale Titano, in the center of the town, 200 meters from the beach and within walking distance of shops and services.
It is with a large kitchen with balcony, large dining room with sofa bed, two double bedrooms, a 3-bedded room, two bathrooms, one with bath-tube and the other one with box shower.
The lease also icludes: washing machine, TV, covered car parking, use of the pool at our hotel Buratti placed at 200 meters away.
